I've been very remiss about adding some of my stuff to Etsy, cards being one of them. However, I've just been asked if I would like to sell them at my local gallery, which is very cool! These are some of the images; not everyone's cup of tea, but mine anyway.

Well i LOVE THEM Jo! Congrats x
ReplyDeleteI do agree I like them.
ReplyDeleteFabulous Jo, congrats to you. I am sure they will be a smash!
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous! I love them all.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful Jo, and looking at these examples no wonder! Love the sassy attitude!
ReplyDeleteThanks gang x
ReplyDeleteI have just exhibited at a gallery with mostly serious sculptors and artists, which was a bit weird, but the point is that they were selling cards that were, well very commercial and not really anything I hadn't seen in another format or style. These are unique and because of that some people will dislike but others will Love them. I fall into the love them category. Best of luck. Dave
ReplyDeleteThey're great Jo! Did you get the Slideshow Sally one printed also? Are they glossy ? They have a good crisp appearance that is showing up the detail of your stamping very clearly. I'm also searching for someone to print for me but so far the cost is too high ..looks like I'll have to get on to China!lol

Congrat! These are great, Jo! Love them all, but especially the last one!
ReplyDeleteOhhh they´re awesome Jo!! Like especially the first two!
ReplyDeleteI´ve been awfully busy this week so haven´t done any craft/artwork which really frustrates me :-( but that´s the way it is sometimes! And my best friend moved back to the UK last weekend which was rather sad, so had a bit of a tough week..... See you Floozie! Kirsten
Thank you, Dave, Gaby, Rainey and Kirsten.
ReplyDeleteRainey, I have one Sideshow Sal left. (I've been selling them for a while at the craft fayres), Dave is right, people either love them or hate them. I did have to withdraw one that was a detail from my "Necropolis" collage! I thought it was rather witty!
They're not glossy, but matte. I've been using Moo, but need to have a look around at what other printing companies there are. It's just that Moo is very easy to use.
Sorry about your friend Kirsten, I'll chat to you later. x
congratulations, my sweet friend! i think they are fantastic and i do think you should have them on etsy for sure! they are gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteloves to you! i hope you have lots of fun tonight. :)
xx
Just love the first one so much! So glad you are making these and that you were asked to make them!
ReplyDeleteWell, silly me went and hopped over to Etsy to buy one, because I totally love the middle one in particular - though if I had the money I would buy them all! ...then read that actually you are selling them at the local gallery...so how do I get my own one of those cards please?
ReplyDeleteDave is right. Your cards are inique, which is what I look for in a card. Well done Jo. I love them!
ReplyDeleteDid you get the sewing machine:? Happy day!
Dear Jo, your work is mysterious and dreamlike... I love it! roxanne
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone! Debbie, I'll send you a couple when they come back from the printers.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful...off to Etsy to check then out!
ReplyDeleteThanks Seth!
